生态翻译学视角下《野性的呼唤》两个中译本的比较研究

【摘要】：《野性的呼唤》是一部享誉世界的小说,由美国作家杰克·伦敦创作。该作品一经问世,在国际文坛上便反响热烈,国内针对该小说的学术论文研究也是层出不穷。然而目前,国内学者们对《野性的呼唤》的研究大多集中在小说主题,巴克的形象,小说的自然主义,达尔文主义和生态批评等方面。通常情况下人们都是将译本视为原著,很少有人顾及到小说译本优劣。至于从生态翻译学视角对《野性的呼唤》的中文译本进行探讨者,到目前为止,寥寥无几。生态翻译理论认为翻译是译者对翻译生态环境做出适应选择的过程。译者主要从语言维、文化维、交际维三个维度做出适应性选择和选择性适应转换,从而最大程度上获取译文对翻译生态环境的选择适应,最终获得最佳译文。本论文借助生态翻译理论,选取蒋天佐和胡春兰对《野性的呼唤》的中文译本,通过对比分析,判断两译本对翻译生态环境的整合适应选择度,进一步验证生态翻译理论在指导翻译研究中的实用性和有效性。本论文的研究不仅有助于加深目标读者对原著的理解,还有助于读者对原著的中文译本做出正确的评价和选择。
[Abstract]:Call of the Wild is a world-famous novel written by American writer Jack London. As soon as the work was published, it received a warm response in the international literary world, and the domestic academic papers on the novel also appeared one after another. At present, however, most of the researches on call of Wild have focused on the theme of the novel, Barker's image, naturalism, Darwinism and ecological criticism. In general, people regard the translation as the original, and few people consider the good or bad of the novel. So far, few of the Chinese versions of call of Wild have been explored from the perspective of ecological translation. The theory of ecological translation holds that translation is a process in which the translator adapts to the translation environment. The translator chooses adaptively and adaptively from three dimensions: linguistic dimension, cultural dimension and communicative dimension, so as to maximize the adaptation of the translation to the translation ecological environment and finally obtain the best translation. With the help of ecological translation theory, this thesis selects the Chinese versions of Jiang Tianzuo and Hu Chunlan for the call of Wild, and through comparative analysis, judges the degree of adaptation of the two versions to the translation ecological environment. Further verify the practicability and effectiveness of ecological translation theory in guiding translation studies. The study of this thesis not only helps to deepen the target readers' understanding of the original works, but also helps the readers to make a correct evaluation and choice of the Chinese versions of the original works.
