论艺术特长中介在我国的结构性缺失——以“全国特长生联盟”为例

【摘要】：在留学中介、艺考中介铺天盖地的今天,艺术特长生培训中介市场却仍像一片未被开发的"处女地",唯有"全国特长生联盟"一枝独秀。"特联"的成功既有其必然性又有偶然性,从"特联"一枝独秀的原因入手,探究并分析我国艺特生中介市场存在的供求不平衡、价格过高、合法性等问题,并根据上述问题提出如下政策建议:督促艺术特长招生高校建立公开、清晰的信息平台;给予艺特生清晰、明确的政策引导;规范现有艺特生中介;调整、规范艺术特长生招生政策,减少对策行为。
[Abstract]:Today, the intermediary market is still like an undeveloped "virgin land", only the "National Alliance of special students" is only a single show. The success of "special union" has its inevitability and contingency. From the cause of "special couplet", we explore and analyze the special intermediary market of Chinese art. There are some problems, such as imbalance of supply and demand, high price, legitimacy and so on. According to the above questions, the following policy suggestions are put forward: to supervise and promote the establishment of open and clear information platform for art special enrollment colleges and universities; to give special students a clear and clear policy guidance; to standardize the existing special students' intermediary; to adjust and standardize the enrolment policies of art special students and to reduce countermeasures behavior.
