美术院校综合改革之殇

【摘要】:正近年来,无论是综合大学还是专业院校,都纷纷祭起了"改革"的大旗。身处综合大学之中的美术学院根本无法幸免,更多独立设置的美术学院也纷纷开始跟风,制定各种改革方案。以人事改革为例,清华大学美术学院和中央美院都提出了"准聘制",尤以清华大学美术学院所在的清华大学的人事改革为甚。简单说,就是教师一开始只与学校签6年的"固定期限合同",6年后看是否能够晋升,"非升即走人"。其中尤以清华大学最为严厉。而且,不同于惯常的"新人新办
