【摘要】：人体中超过70%的感觉接收器集中在眼睛上。听觉、嗅觉、味觉、触觉加起来只占30%。在人类的进化过程中，视觉占据着举足轻重的位置。人们通过视觉去辨别可采摘的食物、判断环境的优劣等等。人类在逐步进化的过程中，形成了自己的视觉喜好，也在不断的用视觉改造和平衡着人类自己的生活。纵观人类历史，人类对视觉的探索从未止步，视觉语言随着人类的社会形态的推进而不断更新。视觉健身操即是在新媒体语言无限丰富，艺术科学无限拓展的背景下提出的为具有合理化趋向目的而设计的一套视觉程序。以健身操为名，提取了视觉对人类生活的平衡作用以及健身操中的律动性和系统性形式来体现这一新的视觉律动性系统。《黄帝内经》认为生命的根本就是阴阳平衡，因此，本文的前半部分将从宏观的正反平衡视角来探讨视觉对人类生活的调节作用。这涉及到一个二元的辨证关系，要以微观的基本方式进行解读。易经用阴爻“--”和阳爻“—”来推导世间万物；道家用“有”、“无”来论述“道”的哲学；佛学用因果评说天下事；18世纪德国数理哲学大师莱布尼兹从拉丁文译本《易经》中，读到了八卦的组成结构，惊奇地发现其基本素数（0）（1），即《易经》的阴爻--和阳爻—，其进位制就是二进制，并认为这是世界上数学进制中最先进的。可见，论述一个复杂的问题的关键在于，，找到一种最基本的微观论述方式。因此，本文提出“艺术是一种感官奢侈”的艺术观来进行论述。综合了众多美学思想，改变了以往把艺术的形式分别与人的行为、认知以及心理等单项的论述模式，将艺术的存在与产生归因于人的感官需求，提炼更大的普遍性，把艺术的形式简化为感官上的供需关系。视觉艺术便是一种视感官上的供需。视觉平衡的大门也由此而入。文章的后半部分，将围绕视觉健身操的具体内容而展开。对视觉作用做具体的论述并针对目前社会中存在的现象进行评析，以视平衡的基础理论为指导，借鉴音乐疗法等项目的运作规则，来进行视觉健身操的设计。采用全视觉的形式，融合了诸多审美心理学的观点与新媒体科学的新动态，关注人的本体需求，而设计出来一套视觉理论系统。其核心意义在于对当代无限丰富的多元视觉文化元素进行宏观的划分、评析并最终实现其能够顺利的根据不同需要进行整合。在当代躁动的视觉冲击中做有序与无序的平衡，这就是视觉健身操。
[Abstract]:More than 70% of the sensory receptors in the human body are concentrated in the eyes. Hearing, smell, taste, and touch add only 30%. in the process of human evolution. Vision occupies an important position. People identify the food that can be picked by vision and judge the good and bad of the environment. Human beings form their own vision in the process of gradual evolution. Like, and constantly using vision to transform and balance human life.
Throughout human history, human exploration of vision has never stopped. Visual language is constantly updated with the advancement of human society. Visual aerobics is a set of visual programs designed for the purpose of rationalization in the context of the unlimited expansion of the new media language and the unlimited expansion of art science. The balance effect of vision on human life and the rhythmic and systematic forms of aerobics are extracted to reflect the new visual system. "Huangdi Neijing" believes that the fundamental of life is the balance of yin and Yang. Therefore, the first half of this article will discuss the effect of vision on human life from the perspective of the macro positive and negative balance. This involves a dialectical relationship between the two yuan and the basic way of interpretation in the microcosmic way. In the contemporary agitated visual impact, the balance of order and disorder is made. This is the visual aerobics.
