中国艺术海外传播的国家战略与理论研究

【摘要】:自21世纪起,中国政府就大力推进艺术的海外传播战略。随着国际经济地位的提升,中国艺术在海外传播的需求越来越大,中国政府密集出台了对外传播的相关战略与政策。近15年来,中国政府、文化企事业单位、艺术家个人都在积极推进艺术的海外传播,也取得了较大成绩,但传播方式仍有待改进。自20世纪80年代开始,相关的理论研究也开始兴起,主要集中于历史研究、基础理论研究、战略策略研究三大方面。但目前的研究还有诸多不足,应从学术机制的完善,鼓励国内学者在国外权威期刊发表学术论文、吸引国外学者加盟研究队伍,加大研究人才的培养等方面进行努力。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 st century, the Chinese government has vigorously promoted the overseas dissemination strategy of art. With the improvement of international economic status, the demand of Chinese art spreading abroad is increasing, and the Chinese government has issued the relevant strategies and policies of foreign communication. Over the past 15 years, the Chinese government, cultural enterprises, institutions and artists have been actively promoting the overseas spread of art, and have made great achievements, but the way of communication still needs to be improved. Since the 1980s, the related theoretical research has also started to rise, mainly focusing on the historical research, the basic theory research and the strategic strategy research. However, there are still many shortcomings in the current research, such as perfecting the academic mechanism, encouraging domestic scholars to publish academic papers in foreign authoritative journals, attracting foreign scholars to join the research team and increasing the cultivation of research talents.
