杜威晚年的教育思想对于改进高校艺术教育的启迪

【摘要】:杜威在晚年撰写的两部著作《艺术即经验》和《经验与教育》中,阐述了一个重要的教育思想:艺术作品是经过艺术家"完善与强化的经验";艺术创作是处理"日常经验"并使之"完善与强化"的过程;而教育是"属于经验、由于经验和为着经验的",其本质在于丰富与改造受教育者的"经验"。笔者认为,杜威晚年形成的以"经验"为关键词的这一教育思想,对于改进我国当下高校的艺术教育具有重要的启迪意义。高校的艺术教育,至少需要在以下三方面做出努力:一是在艺术欣赏类课程中,应注重揭示艺术大家处理经验的奥秘;二是在艺术史论类课程中,应着力解析艺术大家处理经验的精彩;三是在艺术实践类课程中,应鼓励学生借鉴艺术大家处理经验的方法,进而实现自主创新。以上努力,可充分发挥艺术教育在高素质、创新型人才培养中不可替代的作用。
[Abstract]:In his two works, "Art is experience" and "experience and Education" written in his later years, Dewey expounds an important educational thought: art works are "experience of perfection and enhancement" by artists; Art creation is the process of dealing with "daily experience" and making it "perfect and strengthened", while education is "belong to experience, because of experience and for experience", its essence lies in enriching and reforming the "experience" of educatee. The author thinks that Dewey's educational thought, which takes "experience" as the key word in his later years, has important enlightening significance for the improvement of art education in colleges and universities in our country. The art education in colleges and universities should at least make efforts in the following three aspects: first, in the course of art appreciation, attention should be paid to revealing the mystery of art people's handling of experience; Second, in the course of art history theory, we should focus on analyzing the wonderful experience of art people; third, in the course of art practice, students should be encouraged to learn from the methods of art people to deal with experience, and then to realize independent innovation. These efforts can give full play to the role of art education in the cultivation of high-quality and innovative talents.
