[Abstract]:Through cooperation with the interpreter, Lin was chased down by pen and published his first translated book, Paris Camellia Legend, in 1899. Since then, the image of the extraterritorial novels in the minds of the Chinese people has completely changed, and the translated novels have flourished (Chen Ping-ping, 1989-28). Following this unique way of translation, Lin Shu has translated more than 180 foreign literary works, among which, "the Meat of Life" is one of the most serious and well translated works he considers to be the most serious and well translated. As a result, Lin Shu has gained an important position in the history of translation in China and enjoys the reputation of "talent in translation and Yan Lin in the world" with Yan Fu (Wang Hongzhi, 2007 / 199). However, in the age of translation based on the original text, Lin Shu's works have also been controversial, and his translations have been accused of being unfaithful to the original, mistranslating and missing translations everywhere. Why was such a reproachful translation sought after by readers at that time? This paper introduces Andre Lefevere's rewriting concept, that is, rewriting refers to the process of translation, rewriting, compilation of anthology, criticism and editing of the original literary works. Therefore, Lin can be regarded as a rewriting of the original book. At the same time, the thesis interprets some important rewriting phenomena in Lin's translation of the Meat remainder by means of the relevant theories of modern philosophical hermeneutics. Hermeneutics is a theory and philosophy of meaning understanding and interpretation, which originated in ancient Greek and Roman times. Traditional hermeneutics was first used to explain the Bible, and later Gadamer and others developed it into systematic modern philosophical hermeneutics. Among them, the concepts of "prejudice", "historical understanding", "horizon fusion" and "effect history" provide a new perspective for translation studies and have important guiding significance. In particular, "horizon fusion" makes the translator's subjective initiative and creativity get unprecedented attention. From the perspective of Gadamer's philosophical hermeneutics, the process of translation is the process of dialogue between the translator and the original author, the translator and the target reader. The role of modern philosophical hermeneutics in translation studies is that it gives the translator a certain degree of freedom and creativity, so that he can go beyond the narrow perspective of the original text. The analysis of rewriting in translation by means of modern philosophical hermeneutics can, on the one hand, get rid of the original-centered theory and prove the rationality of rewriting; on the other hand, it can avoid overemphasizing the translator's subjectivity. Through case studies, we can more clearly understand the methodological role of modern philosophical hermeneutics in translation studies. The thesis mainly interprets the rewriting phenomenon of Lin Shu's "prejudice" in the translation from two aspects: on the one hand, it classifies Lin Shu's "prejudice" according to the ideological cultural factors by using the "prejudice" theory in modern philosophical hermeneutics, which is based on the theory of "prejudice" in modern philosophical hermeneutics. To analyze and interpret some important examples of rewriting in translation; On the other hand, from the perspective of dialogue in modern philosophical hermeneutics, the author reveals the dialogue between the translator and the original author, as well as the translator and the target reader in the rewriting process. In the end, it is concluded that Lin Shu's Meat Reproach is a reasonable and successful rewriting. The rewriting is the result of the fusion of the translator and the original author, the translator and the reader of the target text to the maximum extent, and it is the concrete embodiment of the effect history.
