唐诗宋词英译中意象的“戏剧化”处理

文学翻译是一种再创造,诸多文学翻译的著名译者,诸如汪榕培、许渊冲等国学大师,都在自己的文学翻译、尤其是唐诗宋词的翻译实践中贯彻着自己“再创造”式的翻译理论。译者在不同文化之间的传播其实就是表现在翻译活动本身上,其对源语言、源文化的理解和自身的外语水平很大程度上决定了其翻译的水平和质量,甚至是决定了某些文学作品的文化倾向。这其中多少存在个性化的翻译。而在这其中,诸如唐代诗人张继的《枫桥夜泊》、宋代词人柳永的《雨霖铃》等都是唐诗宋词的代表作品。其中的“月落乌啼”、“江枫渔火”、“寒蝉凄切”和“晓风残月”等诸多意象更是形色传神,可以说在文化“走出去”方面,唐诗宋词的外译展现了独特的魅力。本论文旨在为诗歌翻译研究提供一种在戏剧理论指导下具有开拓性意义的意象分析新思维新角度,一共分为四部分。第一章的概述以“创造性叛逆”思维为切入点,从戏剧的起源《诗学》讲起,并以莎士比亚的戏剧诗歌作品为例,较为简洁地阐述了诗歌和戏剧的关系,从而着重阐述了戏剧理论对诗歌和诗歌的翻译二者的启迪。第二章着重介绍了戏剧哲学中的象征主义思想并与文学作品的象征主义做了区别,同时引入了其继承发展的荒诞派戏剧思想流派,并着重阐述...
