《长恨歌》英译本中陌生化手法的再现研究

　　王安忆的代表作《长恨歌》是一部高度“陌生化”的作品;其英译本也被贴上“实验性”的标签,因为它在许多方面违反了可读性原则,使译语读者产生陌生之感。然而针对《长恨歌》英译本中陌生化手法的再现研究却寥寥无几。陌生化概念由俄国形式主义的先驱什克洛夫斯基提出,他认为文学作品的文学性就彰显在作者精心使用的陌生化手段之中,而文学性是文学作品的本质,它具有区分文学作品与其他非文学作品的功能。因此,陌生化对于文学作品至关重要。在文学翻译过程中,译者应当竭力再现原作中的陌生化元素,使译文产生与原作相同的美学效果,这也是文学翻译目标和标准及译者伦理的必然要求。本文以陌生化理论为基础,选取《长恨歌》及其英译本作为个案例究,将原作中的陌生化元素分三种层面进行考量,即语言层面,修辞层面和文化层面,且在每一层面,都详细分析了两位译者白睿文和陈毓贤是否在目标文本中再现了原文中的陌生化元素。同时,还探讨了他们的翻译方法,译文产生的效果以及对读者接受的考虑。研究发现,两位译者基本上注意到了原作中的陌生化元素,并尽力将这些元素传送到目标文本中去。他们的翻译不仅确保译语读者能获得与原文读者同样的审美愉悦,也促进了中西文化交流...
