生态翻译学视角下葛浩文《蛙》译本译者主体性研究

　　译者作为连接原作与读者的纽带,其重要性不容争辩,但在传统的翻译学领域中,译者一直处于劣势地位,甚至被视为“隐形人”。直到20世纪60年代“文化转向”概念提出后,译者的作用和地位才逐渐受到应有的重视。国内著名翻译学家胡庚申基于“文化转向”概念形成了跨学科的新理论——翻译生态学理论,该理论将生态学与翻译学相结合,为翻译活动的进行和译评标准提供了新思路。生态翻译学认为,翻译是译者与翻译生态环境之间的适应与选择活动。在选择与适应过程中,译者需要发挥自身主体性,综合考虑多方面因素的平衡,以译出符合读者意识形态和审美期待的译作。《蛙》是诺贝尔文学奖获得者莫言创作四载、三次易稿,历时十余年潜心打造的一部震撼心灵的长篇力作,于2012年获得茅盾文学奖。该书体裁独具匠心,将信件、小说、戏剧融合一体,具有极高的艺术价值。美国著名汉学家葛浩文先生被人们称为“中国现、当代文学的首席翻译家”,他翻译的英文版《蛙》于2014年出版,由于问世时间较短,该书的国内外研究相对较少,从生态翻译学视角进行研究的更是寥寥无几。本文以生态翻译学为理论框架,以葛浩文在翻译《蛙》为案例,将翻译过程分为两个阶段:一是译者对翻译生态环...
