王安忆《长恨歌》及其英译本语篇衔接比较研究

　　王安忆长篇著作《长恨歌》2008年英译后在西方世界引起了巨大反响。译作的衔接手段在提高译文可读性方向起了重要作用。本论文试图探讨如下三个问题:《长恨歌》及其英译本对于衔接手段的运用有哪些异同?这些异同有什么特征或规律?对于不符合一般规律的情况,译者的处理是否同样能够达到原文所产生的效果?本研究在韩礼德和哈桑语篇衔接理论的指导下,运用文献综述法,比较归纳法,并采用定量和定性相结合的方式对王安忆《长恨歌》及其英译本中衔接手段的使用进行全方位的比较研究。研究分为语法衔接和词汇衔接两大类,前者包含照应、替代、省略和连接四种衔接手段,后者包含复现和搭配两种衔接手段。本文通过统计和分析汉英文本中各衔接手段的频率和使用的倾向,揭示各衔接手段在汉英文本中各自的总体分布规律,将所呈现规律一一举例分析说明。对少数衔接手段在汉英文本中的不匹配现象着重进行对比研究和定性分析,以精准把握译者对衔接手段处理的方式能否成功达到原文所产生的效果。研究结果显示,《长恨歌》汉英文本中衔接手段的使用情况存在以下三种现象:其一,许多衔接手段在汉英文本中的使用情况及其产生的效果几乎完全一致。它们包括:省略中的小句性省略、连接中...
