【摘要】：约翰.福尔斯是英国著名的后现代小说家之一，他的代表作《法国中尉的女人》享誉当代世界文坛。福尔斯在小说中塑造了维多利亚时代背景下主人公查尔斯和萨拉的爱情故事。为了追求独立与自由，女主人公萨拉极力地反抗维多利亚传统道德的束缚。目前大部分学者和批评家对《法国中尉的女人》这部作品主要从后现代叙事技巧和存在主义角度进行解读和研究。但是从女性主义角度研究的相对较少。本文主要从女性主义视野下研究女主人公萨拉对维多利亚传统道德的反叛以及走向自由之路的探索。从女性主义角度入手，揭示维多利亚社会的父权制和男性霸权主义是女性悲剧的根源。在以男性为中心的霸权社会中，萨拉作为女性解放的带头人，主动反叛和挑战男性霸权地位，争取主动掌握自己命运的权力，实现自我身份的构建。福尔斯描写了萨拉从被束缚到自我意识的觉醒，最后成功成为一名新女性的抗争过程。这篇论分为四个部分：第一部分对英国著名小说家约翰.福尔斯以及他的代表作品进行了简明的介绍。同时介绍了国内外对这部作品的研究现状和女性主义理论。揭露了维多利亚社会虚伪的传统道德机制及男性霸权主义对女性的摧残与禁锢。第二部分讲述了女主人公从女性意识的觉醒到反叛男性霸权的过程。萨拉出生卑微，与当时的维多利亚社会格格不入。她被认为是“法国中尉的女人”，并受到了人们的歧视和排斥。但是在渴望自由与独立的过程中，萨拉的女性意识开始觉醒，勇敢的挑战男性权威。她开始了对维多利亚传统道德机制的反抗。第三部分探讨了女主人公萨拉对独立的探索。这包括对萨拉经济独立和爱情独立的论述。此外，这部分也论述了萨拉自由的实现。萨拉实现了自己的身份构建，成为一名走上自由之路的“新女性”，萨拉最终得到了自由。结合福尔斯对女主人公萨拉人物形象的刻画指出，，本论文指出福尔斯在表现萨拉自由追寻过程中过度强调了萨拉的个人利益。第四部分结论，指出女性不该被父权制所影响，女性应努力实现自身的独立和自由。
[Abstract]:John Fowles is one of the famous postmodern novelists in England. His masterpiece, the French Lieutenant's woman, is well known in the contemporary literary world. In his novels, Fowles portrays the love stories of Charles and Sarah, the protagonists of the Victorian era, in pursuit of independence and freedom. Sarah, the heroine, defies the bondage of traditional Victorian morality. At present, most scholars and critics study the French Lieutenant's woman mainly from the perspective of post-modern narrative techniques and existentialism, but relatively few from the perspective of feminism. From the perspective of feminism, this paper mainly studies the heroine Sarah's rebellion against Victoria's traditional morality and her exploration into the road to freedom, starting from the perspective of feminism. It is revealed that patriarchy and male hegemonism in Victorian society are the root of female tragedy. In the male-centered hegemonic society, Sarah, as the leader of female liberation, actively rebelled and challenged the male hegemony. Strive to take the initiative to control their own destiny to achieve the establishment of self-identity. Fowles describes Sarah's awakening from being bound to self-consciousness. The struggle to succeed as a new woman is divided into four parts: The first part gives a brief introduction to John Fowles, a famous British novelist, and his representative works. At the same time, it introduces the current research situation and feminist theory of this work at home and abroad, and exposes the Victorian Society. The traditional moral mechanism of hypocrisy and the destruction and imprisonment of male hegemonism to women. The second part narrates the process of heroine from the awakening of female consciousness to the rebellion of male hegemony. Sarah was born lowly. Contrary to Victorian society at that time, she was considered a "French lieutenant's woman" and was discriminated against and rejected by people. But in the process of yearning for freedom and independence, Sarah's female consciousness began to awaken. Bravely challenges male authority. She begins to rebel against Victoria's traditional moral system. The third part explores Sarah's exploration of independence. This includes the discussion of Sarah's economic independence and love independence. . This part also discusses the realization of Sarah's freedom. Sarah realizes her identity construction and becomes a "new woman" on the road of freedom. Sarah is finally free. According to Fowles' portrayal of the heroine Sarah. This paper points out that Fowles overemphasized Sarah's personal interests in her pursuit of freedom. Part 4th concludes that women should not be influenced by patriarchy and that women should strive to achieve their own independence and freedom.
