小说《宠儿》中前景化技术运用及效果探析

【摘要】：《宠儿》由于其递归性叙事结构和奇特瑰丽的语言常常被描述为镶嵌工艺或万花镜像。但显然，这些碎片并不是随意拼贴就能够创造出这样一部无以伦比的艺术作品。此论文旨在探索小说所构造的万花镜像中的主色调及其与背景共同构建文本意义的技巧。论文将前景化理论用于这一研究。引论部分简要概括了作者托妮·莫里森及其作品《宠儿》的情况，总结了国内外对作品的研究现状，并全面概括地介绍了前景化理论的发展状况。根据背离和平行是构成前景化的两个组成部分，，论文第一章从修辞技巧、文体借用、对话特征三个角度来阐释小说文本中出现的对常规的偏离现象；第二章从词序结构、句法模式、情节安排三个层面探索小说文本的平行结构；在这些分析基础之上，论文第三章进一步探讨前景化特征在小说文本中所实现的审美、连贯和交际效果。产生审美效果的优雅、镇定的克制陈述以及因情感宣泄而采用的连贯一致的沉重情绪皆服务于小说的交际目的，即，主题。结论部分重申莫里森对前景化技术的巧妙运用加强了这一镶嵌艺术的主色调，充分凸显这部艺术作品的内在意蕴。《宠儿》凭借其完美的创造性技术手法和难以超越的深远意义获得1993年诺贝尔奖，挑战了白人主流文化。前景化写作技巧分析是解释《宠儿》表达意义和产生效果的有效方式，小说中重大、深刻的主题也在作者对前景化技巧的完美运用中得到深化。
[Abstract]:Beloved is often described as mosaic or panorama because of its recursive narrative structure and exotic language. But clearly, these fragments are not a random collage to create such an unparalleled work of art. The purpose of this paper is to explore the techniques of constructing the meaning of the text in the main tone of the image of Wanhua and the background. This paper applies the theory of foregrounding to this study. The introduction briefly summarizes the author Toni Morrison and her work beloved summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of the works and comprehensively introduces the development of the theory of foregrounding. According to the fact that deviation and parallelism are the two components of foregrounding, the first chapter explains the phenomenon of deviation from the conventional in the novel texts from the perspectives of rhetorical skills, stylistic borrowing and dialogue characteristics, while the second chapter explains the structure of word order from the perspective of lexical order. On the basis of these analyses, the third chapter explores the aesthetic, coherent and communicative effects of the foregrounding features in the novel texts. The elegance of aesthetic effects, calm and restrained statements, and the consistent and heavy emotions used by emotional catharsis all serve the communicative purpose of the novel, namely, the theme. The conclusion partly reiterates that Morrison's skillful use of foreground techniques strengthens the dominant tone of this mosaic art. "beloved" won the 1993 Nobel Prize for its perfect creative technique and profound significance, challenging the white mainstream culture. The analysis of foregrounding writing skills is an effective way to explain the meaning and effect of beloved. The great and profound themes in the novel are also deepened in the author's perfect application of the foregrounding technique.
