新世纪美国剧坛又一强有力的声音——评亚裔戏剧家谢耀及其两部戏剧

【摘要】：谢耀是新世纪美国剧坛十分活跃且颇具影响力的亚裔剧作家兼导演。本文在对其进行简要评述的基础上,着重讨论了他的两部同志剧《瓷》和《他们自己的语言》。笔者认为,剧作通过讨论性、暴力、同性恋等话题,揭示了隐藏着的性别、种族、身份、阶级等极其复杂的政治问题;通过讨论同性恋和艾滋病特殊群体的语言和生存状态,揭示了语言、话语、权力与这些特殊群体间的关系;通过书写边缘,再现"异质",提醒人们关注这些弱势群体,倡导构建多元、杂糅、差异共存的多彩世界。
[Abstract]:Hsieh Yew is a very active and influential Asian playwright and director of American dramas in the new century. On the basis of a brief review of his two gay plays, porcelain and their own language, this paper focuses on the discussion of his two gay plays, "porcelain" and "their own language". The author believes that the play reveals the extremely complex political issues of gender, race, identity, class and so on by discussing topics such as sex, violence, homosexuality, and so on; by discussing the language and living conditions of the special groups of homosexuals and AIDS, It reveals the relationship between language, discourse, power and these special groups, through writing edge, reappearance "heterogeneity", reminds people to pay attention to these vulnerable groups, advocates to build a colorful world of pluralism, hybridity and coexistence of differences.
