情报学视角下白族大本曲信息资源的开发与保护

【摘要】：信息时代为情报学的未来发展提供了广阔的空间和机会。本文选取了白族的一项民间曲艺一大本曲为研究样本,白族大本曲是一种特殊的复合型信息资源,以人为主要载体,以声音、动作、形象和技艺为表现手段,通过口传心授的独特方式传承,白族的民族个性与民族审美习惯对大本曲的产生、发展有重要影响,是一项濒危的非物质文化遗产。本人在课题研究前期,研读了情报学、民族学、计算机科学、传播学、社会学、管理学的相关文献,为课题展开奠定了理论基础,在研究过程中进行了广泛的田野调查和研究,发放了大量调查问卷,采访了当地部分居民,收集了大量与大本曲相关的资料并进行了统计,分析出白族大本曲的价值所在,并利用了情报学的分析方法和技术对白族大本曲信息资源的开发与保护的历史和现状进行了研究,总结出了已有的经验和存在的问题,并结合当地发展实际提出了保护和开发白族大本曲的意见和建议,希望借助情报学的理念及与之配套的先进的技术,实现民族信息资源的有效的采集、组织和利用,最终构建民族信息资源保障体系,实现民族资源的多层次、多角度、多元化的开发与保护。本文提出以情报学的视角来研究复合型民族信息资源的开发与保护,从个案研究入手,提出民族信息资源开发的新模式,是情报学理论与实践的创新,研究的目的在于保护不可再生的民族信息资源,促进了民族文化的传承、传播与交流,同时通过文化产业的发展带动民族地区经济的发展,对其他民族地区民族信息资源的开发和保护有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The information age provides broad space and opportunity for the future development of information science. With voice, action, image and skill as the means of expression, the Bai nationality's national personality and national aesthetic habits have an important influence on the production and development of Da Ben qu through the unique way of oral teaching. It is an endangered intangible cultural heritage. In the early stage of the research, I have studied the literature on information science, ethnology, computer science, communication science, sociology and management, which has laid a theoretical foundation for the development of the subject. In the course of the research, extensive field investigation and research were carried out, a large number of questionnaires were distributed, some local residents were interviewed, a large number of data related to Da Ben qu were collected and statistics were made, and the value of Bai nationality Dabenqu was analyzed. By using the analytical methods and techniques of information science, the history and present situation of the development and protection of the information resources of Bai nationality Dabenqu are studied, and the existing experience and existing problems are summarized. It also puts forward some suggestions and suggestions on the protection and development of Bai nationality Dabenqu in the light of the local development practice, hoping to realize the effective collection, organization and utilization of the national information resources with the help of the concept of information science and the advanced technology associated with it. Finally, the national information resources guarantee system is constructed to realize the multi-level, multi-angle and pluralistic development and protection of the national resources. This paper puts forward the research on the development and protection of the complex national information resources from the perspective of information science. Starting with the case study, this paper puts forward a new model for the development of national information resources, which is an innovation in the theory and practice of information science. The purpose of the research is to protect the non-renewable national information resources and to promote the inheritance, dissemination and exchange of national culture. At the same time, the development of cultural industry can promote the economic development of ethnic areas, which has some reference significance for the development and protection of national information resources in other ethnic areas.
