【摘要】：正引领扎实的观演繁荣而不是制作"繁荣"建立戏剧生产与消费的良性关系,这是今年第十一届中国艺术节的一个重要的转变。认识艺术功利诉求之外的"非功利"的审美功能的完善,研究问题、发现得失、不断超越,艺术才能不断攀登高峰。而无论是戏剧节还是戏剧创作,活水之源永远在于人民群众。第十一届中国艺术节评奖明显少于前届,这是贯彻中央《关于全国性文艺评奖制度改革的意见》精神和中宣部《全国性文艺评奖改革方案》的通知
