莆仙戏新作《妈祖—林默娘》的艺术特征初探

【摘要】：莆仙戏又称“兴化戏”,主要流传于福建莆田及相邻地区。它是在古代“百戏”的基础上发展形成的,与中国戏曲的形成、发展、繁荣几乎同时。莆仙戏是现存的中国戏曲中,历史最悠久、演出形态最古老、剧目最丰富、表演艺术最具特色的剧种之一,被戏曲史称为中国最早成熟的戏曲——“宋元南戏”的遗响,是中国古代戏曲艺术形态的“活化石”。莆仙戏自宋代形成,至今已有近千年的历史,比昆曲还早了三百年左右。“弦歌八百曲,珠玉五千篇”,也力证了其历史之悠久,遗产之丰富。莆仙戏汇集了历史、宗教、民俗、歌舞、十音八乐等多种文化艺术于一身,其表演风格古朴典雅,极具地方特色,凝聚了闽中人民的聪明与才智。近年来,莆仙戏这一古老的剧种,因其独特的艺术魅力,正日益受到重视。二○○六年五月二十日,莆仙戏被列为第一批国家级非物质文化遗产名录。目前,莆仙戏正在申报世界非物质文化遗产名录。我们看到这一艺术瑰宝将在新时代绽放出更加夺目的光芒。本文在田野调查的基础上,运用民族音乐学、民族舞蹈学、民俗学等研究方法,在对莆仙戏的传统艺术特征以及历史文化、地理环境背景作出一番梳理后,对新创作剧目《妈祖-林默娘》的艺术特征进行重点分析,立足莆仙戏本体视角,从其剧本、音乐曲牌、表演、演唱、舞蹈、舞美与造型、乐队等方面进行研究,探析该剧创作的价值和意义,最终阐明莆仙戏新作——《妈祖——林默娘》获得成功的原因所在：即立足传统精髓,恰如其分地加入现代审美意识,为新时期莆仙戏的创作提供探索方向。希望本课题的研究能够为莆仙戏这一珍贵的非物质文化遗产获得更好地传承与发展而贡献出微薄力量。
[Abstract]:Puxian opera, also known as "Xinghua opera", is mainly spread in Fujian Putian and adjacent areas. It is developed on the basis of the ancient "hundred opera". It is formed with the formation, development and prosperity of Chinese opera. The Puxian opera is the existing Chinese opera with the longest history, the most ancient performance, the richest repertoire and the most distinctive performing art.
