美国波普乔伊剧院的运营与管理策略

【摘要】:正世界正在发生着日新月异的变化,波普乔伊剧院也今非昔比。以前它只是一个音乐厅,后来却成为了巡回演出的场所,吸引着世界各地的巡回演出艺术家来到这里。17年前的波普乔伊剧院还不是很优秀,观众数量少,剧院收入也不高。后来,经过管理者的出色领导,剧院不仅成为了行业领袖,还影响着众多的戏剧从业者和爱好者。波普乔伊剧院的艺术使命就是要让所有观众了解到,作为艺术领域的领导,剧院将对很多人产生影响,只有自己本身做得好,才能鼓励
[Abstract]:The world is changing, and so is the Pop Joy Theater. It used to be a concert hall, but then it became a venue for touring artists from all over the world. 17 years ago, the Pop Joy Theatre was not very good, it had a small audience and it didn't make a lot of money. Later, under the leadership of managers, theatres became not only industry leaders, but also affected many theatre practitioners and enthusiasts. The Pop Joy Theater's artistic mission is to make it known to all the audience that, as a leader in the arts, the theatre will have an impact on many people, and that only if they do well themselves can they be encouraged.
