教师资格证改革后普通高校音乐教师教育专业的对策研究

【摘要】:我国音乐教师获得教师资格证的途径一般可以分为两种,一种是参加社会考试,另一种是高校音乐教师教育专业学生通过本校的教育学、心理学考试以及普通话水平测试后,即可获得教师资格证。后者在每年全国获得音乐教师资格证的人数中占有很大比重。2013年8月,教育部印发了《中小学教师资格考试暂行办法》和《中小学教师资格定期注册暂行办法》,改革了教师资格证的发放及考试办法,至此,普通高校音乐教师教育专业学生也需要通过社会考试才能获得教师资格证。我国普通高校为音乐教育人才的培养确实做出了很多贡献,但是,在音乐教师教育人才全面发展方面还存在着诸多问题。这一形式对普通高校教师教育专业是一个挑战,也是一个机遇,倒逼高校教师教育专业进行改革。普通高校音乐教师教育专业应该及时采取措施应对这一形式的变化,与时俱进,改革人才培养模式,夯实音乐教师教育培养质量,培养符合中小学实际需要的全面发展的音乐教育人才。
[Abstract]:There are generally two ways for Chinese music teachers to obtain teacher qualification certificate, one is to take a social examination, the other is after passing the school's pedagogy, psychology test and Putonghua proficiency test, the other is the music teacher education major students in colleges and universities who pass their own school's pedagogy, psychology test and Putonghua proficiency test. Can obtain teacher qualification certificate. The latter account for a large proportion of the total number of music teacher certificates received annually in the country. In August 2013, The Ministry of Education issued the interim measures for the examination of Primary and Secondary School Teachers' qualifications and the interim measures for regular Registration of Primary and Secondary School Teachers' qualifications, which reformed the issuance and examination methods of teacher qualification certificates. Students majoring in music teacher education in colleges and universities also need to pass the social examination to obtain teacher qualification certificate. Colleges and universities in China have indeed made a lot of contributions to the cultivation of music education talents, but there are still many problems in the all-round development of music teachers' education talents. This form is a challenge and an opportunity for teachers' education in colleges and universities, thus forcing the reform of teachers' education in colleges and universities. The major of music teacher education in colleges and universities should take measures to deal with the change in time, keep pace with the times, reform the mode of talent training, and consolidate the quality of music teacher education. To train music education talents who meet the actual needs of primary and secondary schools.
