基于“U-S”合作平台的音乐教师教育模式探析

【摘要】：U-S(University-school)合作模式,即为大学与中小学合作的模式。目的是通过大学与中小学的合作建立起平等的合作伙伴关系,谋求双方的共同发展。笔者认为,为中小学培养高素质的专业化音乐教师,构建音乐教师教育"U-S"合作模式不失为一条有效路径。本文着重分析了教师教育"U-S"合作模式的现实意义,并进一步提出了音乐教师教育"U-S"合作模式的构建策略及保障机制。
[Abstract]:U-SU University-School (U-SU-School) is the mode of cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools. The aim is to establish an equal partnership through the cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools, and to seek the common development of both sides. The author thinks that it is an effective way to train high quality professional music teachers and construct the "U-S" cooperation mode of music teachers' education. This paper analyzes the practical significance of the "U-S" cooperation mode of teacher education, and further puts forward the construction strategy and guarantee mechanism of the "U-S" cooperation mode of music teacher education.
