高雅艺术如何走向民间——关于当前音乐艺术教育普及的几点思考

【摘要】："积极开展全民艺术普及"的文化工程已在全国铺展开来。音乐作为艺术门类之一,加强对音乐艺术教育普及的高度重视和落实,是全面落实全民艺术普及的重要组成部分,有利于提高全民音乐艺术修养,也有利于助力提高国家文化软实力。
[Abstract]:The cultural project of "actively popularizing the art of the whole people" has been spread throughout the country. As one of the categories of art, to strengthen the importance and implementation of the popularization of music art education is an important part of the overall implementation of the popularization of the whole people's art, which is conducive to improving the cultivation of the whole people's music art. It also helps to improve the soft power of national culture.
