艺术语言发声技巧之“腹壁站定”研究

【摘要】："腹壁站定"为呼吸控制的重要手段,但是在艺术语言发声教学与实践中一直未给予充分的重视。本文通过"腹壁站定"的深入研究,认为"腹壁站定"是将腹式深呼吸吸入的气息"锁住",使得气息深沉、气息饱满,并建立储量充沛的"气息库"的重要途径;"腹壁站定"还可以作为"气息库"的闸门在使用中调节控制气息。"腹壁站定"的训练对提高学生的气息控制能力,有着不可替代的作用,同时在使用气息量大的艺术语言实践中是不可或缺的技能。
[Abstract]:Abdominal wall determination is an important means of respiratory control, but it has not been paid enough attention to in the teaching and practice of artistic language vocalization. In this paper, through the deep study of "abdominal wall standing", it is considered that "abdominal wall standing" is an important way to "lock" the breath of abdominal deep breathing, make the breath deep and full, and set up abundant "breath storehouse". The abdominal wall station can also be used as a sluice to regulate the control breath in use. " The training of "standing on the abdominal wall" plays an irreplaceable role in improving the students' ability of breath control, and it is also an indispensable skill in the practice of using the large amount of breath in the art language.
