警察讯问中话语权的顺应性研究

　　语言与权力的关系一直都是语言学家感兴趣的问题,近年来更是趋向学科间的交叉研究,但在学术界,话语权和警察讯问相联系的研究并不多。然而警察在讯问中经常运用话语权控制整个讯问过程,以期在有限的时间里掌握最详实的犯罪供述。因此,对警察讯问中话语权的研究很有必要。本文采用社会学理论及语用学理论,对警察讯问中的话语权进行研究。本文的分析框架来源于French和Raven的社会权力基础理论与Verschueren的顺应论的有机结合。本项研究通过描述分析法、访谈法等研究方法,旨在分析警察话语权的使用情况,以及权力在语言及非语言行为上的表现。本文首先以French和Raven（1959）的社会权力基础理论为描述工具,分类描述了所搜集的真实案例中讯问者话语权的使用情况。语料中的警察权力体现了该理论中的法定权力、奖赏权力、强制权力、参照权力、专家权力和信息权力,共六种社会权力,并且作者通过实证数据展示每种权力使用的频率。然后,通过对语料的分析发现了两种不同的讯问方式——强化权力和弱化权力。继而,作者从语言和非语言两个维度诠释了讯问者话语权的强化与弱化。最后,以Verschueren的顺应论为分析工具,论述了...
