【摘要】:第1、2鳃弓是胚胎发育过程中的重要结构,可分化为颅面骨骼、耳等结构。鳃弓发育异常可导致斑马鱼、大鼠等动物产生颅面、耳等结构畸形。Forkhead(Fox)蛋白家族是胚胎发育过程中的关键转录因子,该家族中Foxi在胚胎内外胚层的不同时期有相应程度的表达,foxi1基因突变斑马鱼存在颚骨、耳板缺失及鳃弓神经嵴细胞凋亡增加等异常,Foxi1突变大鼠、狗等动物中也有相似异常。Foxi蛋白可能通过先驱因子作用调节早期胚胎发育过程中相关基因的表达,影响整个胚胎颅面结构的形成。
[Abstract]:The first, second branchial arch is an important structure in the process of embryonic development, which can be divided into craniofacial and ear structures. The abnormal development of the branchial arch can lead to the structural malformation of the craniofacial and ear, such as zebrafish and rat. Forkhead (Fox) protein family is a key transcription factor in the process of embryonic development, the Foxi family has the corresponding degree of expression in different periods of embryonic ectental, mutation of foxi1 gene in zebrafish has jaws, ear plate deletion and branchial arch neural crest cell apoptosis and abnormal Foxi1 mutation, rats, dogs and other animal also a similar anomaly. Foxi protein may regulate the expression of related genes during the development of early embryo through the action of precursor factor, which affects the formation of the whole embryo craniofacial structure.
