【摘要】:目的:比较健脾-健脾渗湿-健脾升阳三方对脾虚证模型大鼠消化系统、甲状腺及免疫功能的影响。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、脾虚模型组,采用过度疲劳+饮食失节的方法复制模型。造模2周后的大鼠随机分为脾虚模型组、补中益气汤组、四君子汤组、参苓白术散组。于造模第15天,给药各组大鼠按4.05g/kg/d分别给予补中益气汤、四君子汤、参苓白术汤灌胃;模型组和对照组给予等量蒸馏水,连续14d。实验期间观察外观大鼠外观行为变化;测量体重1次/周;测定各组大鼠血中生长抑素(SS)、胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、D-木糖(D-xylose)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)。结果:与正常组相比,脾虚模型组大鼠外观行为分值增加和体重下降、血中D-xylose和MTL、GAS、IL-2、IL-6、T3、T4、β-EP均降低,SS升高。与模型组相比,中药方干预各组的大鼠体重、血中D-xylose、MTL、GAS、IL-2、IL-6、T3、T4、β-EP均升高,SS降低;其中补中益气汤组血中IL-6、GAS、β-EP和参苓白术散组T3分别较其它二方组升高。结论:脾虚证模型大鼠存在胃肠、免疫及甲状腺功能的异常,健脾、健脾渗湿、健脾升阳三方对脾虚证模型大鼠的上述异常均有一定的改善作用,但在对甲状腺、脑肠肽、免疫功能的调节作用上各有侧重,补中益气汤调节作用更为广泛和明显,参苓白术散次之,四君子汤则相对较弱。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the effects of invigorating spleen, invigorating spleen and infiltrating dampness and invigorating spleen and strengthening yang on digestive system, thyroid and immune function of rats with spleen deficiency syndrome. Methods: male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group. The model group was divided into spleen deficiency model group, Buzhong Yiqi decoction group and Sijunzi decoction group. Shenling Baizhu powder group. On the 15th day, rats in each group were treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction, Sijunzi decoction and Shenling Atractylodes decoction respectively according to 4.05 g / kg / d. The model group and the control group were given the same amount of distilled water for 14 days. Weight was measured once a week; Serum somatostatin (SS), motilin motilin (MTL), gastrin (GASA), interleukin-2 (IL-2) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were measured. D-xyloseine, triiodothyronine (T3), thyroxine (T4), 尾 -endorphin (尾 -EPN). Results: compared with the normal group. In the spleen deficiency model group, the appearance behavior score increased and the body weight decreased, and the blood D-xylose and MTLGAS-IL-2IL-6 IL-6T _ 3 T _ 4, 尾 -EP decreased. Compared with the model group, compared with the model group, compared with the model group, compared with the model group, compared with the model group, the body weight of the rats treated with traditional Chinese medicine prescription increased, and the blood D-xylosetron IL-2IL-6T3T4 and 尾 -EP increased. SS decreased; The levels of IL-6GAS, 尾 -EP and T3 in BZYQD group were higher than those in other two groups, respectively. Conclusion: there are abnormal gastrointestinal, immune and thyroid function in spleen deficiency syndrome model rats. Invigorating spleen, invigorating spleen and infiltrating dampness, invigorating spleen and invigorating yang can ameliorate the above abnormalities in the model of spleen deficiency, but they have different emphasis on the regulation of thyroid gland, brain intestinal peptide and immune function. Buzhong Yiqi decoction has more extensive and obvious regulating effect, Shenling Atractylodes Powder is second, and Sijunzi decoction is relatively weak.
