【摘要】:正随着分子生物学飞速发展,靶向治疗在肿瘤治疗中被广泛应用。传统脱落细胞学制作方法,不能满足临床需求。如何在量少的标本中尽可能大量收集细胞,减少细胞丢失在细胞块制作中显得尤为重要。本科室在实践工作中将膜式液基薄层制作过滤器上的滤过膜(简称滤过膜)用刀裁剪,放在包埋时裁好的擦镜纸上,对收集的细胞沉淀物进行双层包埋,形成细胞块。该方法操作简便,最大限度收集细胞,有利于恶性肿瘤类型的鉴别及靶向治疗的开展,现介绍如下。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of molecular biology, targeted therapy is widely used in tumor therapy. Traditional exfoliative cytological methods can not meet the clinical needs. It is very important to reduce cell loss in cell block making. In the practical work, the filter membrane (short for filter membrane) on membrane liquid-based thin layer filter is cut with knife. Placed on the coated paper, the collected cell sediment was buried in double layers to form a cell block. This method is simple and easy to operate, and can collect the cells to the maximum extent. It is beneficial to the differentiation of malignant tumor and the development of targeted therapy.
