隐孢子虫实验室安全风险评估模型的建立

【摘要】:目的建立隐孢子虫实验室安全风险评估模型,为从事隐孢子虫相关操作的实验室人员做好安全工作和预防实验室内发生隐孢子虫感染提供依据。方法通过查阅文献和德尔菲法确定隐孢子虫实验室感染发生的风险因素,然后通过模糊层次分析法确定风险因素的权重,建立隐孢子虫实验室安全风险评估模型。结果建立了隐孢子虫实验室安全风险评估模型,各风险指标中粪便样本处理发生隐孢子虫实验室感染的概率较高,且危害程度高,其发生可能性、危害程度的指标组合权重分别为0.111和0.107,属于高危风险因素。结论本研究建立的隐孢子虫实验室安全风险评估模型具有可行性,可望为实验室人员做好相应防护措施、预防实验室内发生隐孢子虫感染发生提供依据。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a laboratory safety risk assessment model for Cryptosporidium. To provide a basis for the safety work and prevention of Cryptosporidium infection among laboratory personnel engaged in cryptosporidium related operations. Methods the incidence of Cryptosporidium infection in laboratory was determined by literature review and Delphi method. Risk factors. Then the weight of risk factors is determined by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the model of laboratory safety risk assessment of Cryptosporidium is established. Results the model of laboratory safety risk assessment of Cryptosporidium is established. Among the risk indicators, the probability of laboratory infection of Cryptosporidium in fecal sample treatment was higher, and the degree of harm was high. The probability of occurrence and the combined weight of the index of hazard degree were 0.111 and 0.107, respectively. Conclusion the model of laboratory safety risk assessment of Cryptosporidium is feasible, and it is expected to be a good protective measure for laboratory personnel.
