香鳞毛蕨有效部位乳膏对糠秕马拉色菌所致豚鼠感染模型的影响

【摘要】:目的:评价香鳞毛蕨有效部位乳膏(DF乳膏)对糠秕马拉色菌所致豚鼠感染模型的治疗作用。方法:构建糠秕马拉色菌豚鼠皮肤感染模型,按皮损评分值随机分成模型组,酮康唑组(1.33 mg·g-1),DF乳膏高、中、低剂量组(含生药2,1,0.5 g·g-1),通过测定肉眼评分、菌落计数(CFU),真菌学转阴率及组织病理检查4项指标,评价DF乳膏对糠秕马拉色菌所致豚鼠感染模型的治疗作用。结果:与模型组比较,DF乳膏高、中、低剂量组均可显著降低糠秕马拉色菌所致感染模型豚鼠皮损评分(P0.05),明显减少病变皮肤菌落形成数(P0.05),提高真菌培养的转阴率(P0.05,P0.01);皮肤病理切片结果表明DF乳膏高、中剂量可明显减少感染组织皮肤角质层孢子数。结论:DF乳膏对糠秕马拉色菌所致的豚鼠感染有较好的治疗作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the therapeutic effect of extract DF cream of Dryopteris furfurum on guinea pig infected with Malassezia furfurum. Methods: the skin infection model of Malassezia furfurum in guinea pigs was established. According to the score of skin lesion, ketoconazole group was randomly divided into three groups: the ketoconazole group was 1.33 mg 路g-1D ointment with high, middle and low doses (containing 21g 路g ~ (-1)) crude drug. Four indexes including gross score, colony count, mycological negative rate and histopathological examination were measured. To evaluate the therapeutic effect of DF cream on guinea pig infection induced by Malassezia furfurum. Results: compared with the model group, DF cream was higher and higher than that of the model group. The low dose group could significantly reduce the skin lesion score of guinea pigs induced by Malassezia furfurum (P0.05), and significantly reduce the number of diseased skin colony formation (P0.05). To increase the negative rate of fungi culture. The results of pathological section of skin showed that DF cream was high and medium dose could obviously reduce the number of spores in the cuticle of infected tissues. Conclusion the solution of 10% DF cream has a better therapeutic effect on the infection caused by Malassezia furfurum in guinea pigs.
