基于GoPubMed对病耻感相关文献的计量学分析

【摘要】：目的:探讨国内外病耻感研究现状和未来发展趋势,为进一步研究病耻感提供参考依据。方法:采用GoPubMed数据库的在线分析软件,以病耻感(stigma)为检索主题,检索病耻感相关文献。检索时限为建库起至2016年5月。对其发表的年代分布、国家与城市地域分布、期刊分布及核心作者等进行计量分析。结果:病耻感研究文献共检出14 742篇。得到分布前20位的高频词、核心作者、核心期刊、发表论文国家(地区)分布等。文献数量呈逐年上升趋势;其中以来源于美国的文献数量和影响力居首位。美国发文5350篇(36%)排在第1位,加拿大位居第2位(1338篇,9%),中国居第6位(331篇,2%)。排名前20位的主要期刊分布在欧美国家。结论:我国病耻感研究文献在数量和质量上均还有待于进一步提高。提示国内精神卫生工作者对病耻感研究重视不够。病耻感相关研究人员需要进一步加强对慢病患者病耻感的研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the present situation and future development trend of disease stigma research at home and abroad, and to provide a reference for further study on disease stigma. Methods: using the online analysis software of GoPubMed database, using stigma stigma as the search subject. To search the literature related to the sense of shame of disease. The searching time is from the beginning of the establishment of the database to May 2016. The time distribution of the publication, the distribution of the country and the urban area, The distribution of periodicals and core authors were analyzed. Results: a total of 14 742 articles were found in the study of stigma, and the top 20 high frequency words, core authors, core journals, and so on were obtained. The number of papers is on the rise year by year, among which the number and influence of papers from the United States rank first. Canada ranked second in 1338 articles, and China ranked sixth in 331 papers. The top 20 journals were distributed in Europe and the United States. Conclusion: the quantity and quality of the literature on the study of stigma in China need to be further improved. Domestic mental health workers pay less attention to the study of stigma, and the researchers need to further strengthen the research on the stigma of patients with chronic diseases.
