人肠道病毒EV-D68的研究进展

【摘要】：人肠道病毒D68型属于小RNA病毒科、肠道病毒属、D组病毒,1962年发现于美国加利福尼亚州儿童鼻咽拭子中,后来罕有报道。近年来该病毒在全球多个国家引致暴发,并出现以呼吸及中枢神经系统疾病为主要症状的重症患者,因而引起广泛关注。然而,EV-D68暴发的缘由尚不清楚,当前迫切需要研发特异有效的预防及治疗药物来遏制病毒的危害。本文就EV-D68已有研究进展作一综述,为该病毒后续研究提供依据。
[Abstract]:Human enterovirus D68 belongs to the small RNA virus family. Enterovirus belongs to group D virus. It was found in the nasal swabs of children in California in 1962, and rarely reported. In recent years, the virus has caused outbreaks in many countries around the world. And severe patients with respiratory and central nervous system diseases as the main symptoms, which has aroused widespread concern. However, the cause of the outbreak of EV-D68 is not clear. There is an urgent need to develop specific and effective preventive and therapeutic drugs to contain the harm of the virus. In this paper, the research progress of EV-D68 is reviewed in order to provide the basis for the further study of the virus.
