缓释疫苗系统的研究进展

【摘要】:传统疫苗需要在适当的时间间隔内反复多次注射以产生有效的免疫应答,实现对机体的有效保护,但这往往导致患者的依从性降低。缓释技术的发展极大地促进了疫苗从传统的多次免疫到单剂免疫的转变,使得疫苗通过单次注射即能抵御多种疾病。生物可降解的聚合物微球或缓释凝胶类制剂可以保持抗原的天然结构,并能减缓抗原的释放,达到高效低毒的免疫效果。本文就近年来缓释疫苗系统的研究进展进行了分类阐述,并对其作用机制和应用前景进行介绍。
[Abstract]:Traditional vaccines need to be repeatedly injected at appropriate intervals to produce an effective immune response and to protect the body effectively. But this often leads to a decrease in patient compliance. The development of slow release technology has greatly promoted the transition of vaccines from traditional multiple immunization to single dose immunization. That allows the vaccine to resist a variety of diseases through a single injection. Biodegradable polymer microspheres or slow-release gels maintain the natural structure of the antigen and slow down its release. In this paper, the research progress of slow-release vaccine system in recent years was reviewed, and its mechanism and application prospect were introduced.
