构建腰椎三维图像模型兔的特点分析

【摘要】:背景:兔腰椎形态结构特点对腰椎动物实验研究起着重要的作用,但目前缺少兔腰椎形态结构相关的研究。目的:构建兔腰椎三维图像模型,观察其腰椎的形态结构特点,为腰椎动物实验研究提供解剖形态学依据。方法:用西门子64排螺旋CT扫描20只新西兰大白兔,获得140节腰椎扫描资料,构建兔腰椎三维图像模型,测量L_(1-7)椎体的形态学参数,观察腰椎的内外部解剖结构及不同节段的变化特点。结果与结论:(1)新西兰大白兔腰椎各解剖形态学指标变化:兔L_(1-7)节段椎体高度呈现"两头小中间大"趋势,在L_7节段最小,其高度仅为(1.12±0.18)cm;L1节段椎体横径最小,为(1.03±0.15)cm,L_(1-7)节段各椎体纵径的节段性变化较小;L_(1-6)节段椎管横径和纵径均逐渐增大,L_7节段时突然变小;椎弓宽度在L_(1-7)节段逐渐增大,但变化平稳;椎弓根高度在L_(1-5)节段平稳变化,L_(6-7)节段开始突然变小,与其他节段相差甚大,到L_7节段时最小,仅为(0.58±0.11)cm;棘突宽度和长度在L_(1-6)节段平稳增大,在L_7节段变小;横突长度在L_(1-3)节段逐渐增大,L_(3-6)节段较平稳,L_(6-7)节段显著变小;横突夹角在L_(1-6)节段差异度小,但在L_7节段显著增大,为(58±2)°。(2)结果证实:新西兰大白兔腰椎形态学测量可以观察到腰椎的内外部解剖结构及不同节段的形态变化特点,为腰椎动物实验研究提供详细的解剖形态学参数资料。
[Abstract]:Background: the morphological and structural characteristics of the rabbit lumbar vertebrae play an important role in the experimental study of the lumbar vertebrae, but there is no related research on the morphology and structure of the rabbit lumbar vertebrae at present. Objective: to establish a three-dimensional model of the rabbit lumbar vertebrae and observe the morphological and structural characteristics of the lumbar vertebrae. Methods: twenty New Zealand white rabbits were scanned with Siemens 64-slice spiral CT, and 140 lumbar vertebrae scanning data were obtained. A three-dimensional model of lumbar vertebrae was constructed, and the morphological parameters of LSP 1-7) vertebrae were measured. Results and conclusion the morphological changes of the lumbar vertebrae of New Zealand white rabbits showed that the height of the lumbar vertebrae in the L1-7) segment showed a tendency of "two small middle big" and the smallest in the L7 segment, and the changes of the lumbar vertebrae and internal and external anatomical structure of the lumbar vertebrae and different segments of the lumbar vertebrae were observed. Its height was only 1.12 卤0.18 cm ~ (-1) cm ~ (-1) cm ~ (-1) cm ~ (-1) L ~ (-1) and 1.03 卤0.15 cm ~ (-1) cm ~ (-1) L ~ (-1). The changes of the transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter of the vertebrae were smaller than those of the L1 ~ (6) segment. The transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter of the L7 segment increased gradually, and the width of the pedicle increased gradually in the L1-7) segment, but the change was stable. The length and width of spinous process increased stably in Lstructure 1-6) segment and became smaller in L7 segment and smaller in L7 segment, and the width and length of spinous process increased steadily in Lstructure 1-6 segment and became smaller in L7 segment. The length of the transverse process gradually increased in the section of LSP _ 1-3) and the section of LSP _ 3-6) became significantly smaller than that of the section of L _ S _ I _ 6), and the angle of the transverse process became smaller in the segment of LSP _ (1-6), but increased significantly in the section of L7. The results showed that the internal and external anatomical structure of lumbar vertebrae and the morphological characteristics of different segments could be observed by morphological measurement of lumbar vertebrae in New Zealand white rabbits, which provided detailed anatomical morphological data for experimental study of lumbar vertebrae.
