某综合医院医务工作者心理健康现状及对工作满意度调查

【摘要】:目的:本研究通过对某综合医院医务人员健康状况及工作满意度的调查,以达到分析医务人员工作满意度状况,发现医院管理中存在问题的目的。同时提出提高该院医务人员工作满意度的对策,为医院管理层提供决策参考。 方法:数据收集方法包括文献评阅和问卷调查法,其中调查问卷包括一般情况问卷、白测健康评定量表(SRHMS)和工作满意度量表。数据分析方法包括:分析各样本在相关问题中的分配情况用频数和百分比;问卷的信度和效度用Cronbach's α值和皮尔逊相关来检验;样本的集中和离散趋势用平均值和标准差;医务人员工作满意度各维度与个体特征之间的关系用t检验和方差分析。数据分析采用SPSS13.0软件包进行处理。 结果:心理调查结果:1、生理健康、心理健康、社会健康及总的健康状况经过统计分析后,结果是职业、科室、职称、职务及文化程度的职工之间方差分析P0.05,无显著性差异。2、医务工作者在心理健康、社会健康及总的健康状况与性别无关,统计结果显示均无显著性差异(P0.05),但是在男女职工的生理健康上,男性生理健康状况好于女性,经t检验后,统计结果有差异,具有统计学意义。3、医务工作者的生理健康和社会健康与年龄无关,经方差分析后,在统计学上无显著性差异(P0.05),但在心理健康(P=0.000)上有显著差异性,其中在健康总分上有显著差异性(P=0.015)。 满意度调查结果:1、该院医务人员对医院目前各项都较为满意,调查中各维度的满意度均值较高。2、医务人员工作总体满意度和各维度的满意度与文化程度相关,在统计学上有差异,具有统计学意义。3、不同科室的医务人员在“管理制度”、“职业培训”、“社会承认”、“奖励及福利”方面的满意度在统计学上存在着显著性差异。 结论:1、在医务人员相对集中的综合性医院,职业、科室、文化程度和职称不是影响医务人员心理健康的主要因素;年龄和职务差异对医务人员健康和幸福感有显著影响。2.医务人员对工作的总体满意度较高,对与个人相关指标满意度较低,尤其对工资收入的满意度最低。不同性别、年龄、职称、受教育程度群体总体满意度差异不大。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the health status and job satisfaction of medical staff in a general hospital. The purpose of finding the problems in hospital management is to put forward the countermeasures to improve the job satisfaction of the medical staff in the hospital, and to provide the decision-making reference for the hospital management. Methods: the methods of data collection include literature review and questionnaire survey. The methods of data analysis included: frequency and percentage of distribution of each sample in related questions, reliability and validity of questionnaire were tested by Cronbach's 伪 and Pearson correlation, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested by Cronbach's 伪 and Pearson correlation. The average and standard deviation were used for the centralized and discrete trend of samples, the relationship between the dimensions of job satisfaction and individual characteristics was analyzed by t-test and ANOVA. The data analysis was processed by SPSS13.0 software package. Results: the result of psychological investigation: 1: 1, physical health, mental health, social health and general health, after statistical analysis, the result is occupation, department, title, etc. There was no significant difference in ANOVA between workers with job and educational level (P0.05). The mental health, social health and overall health status of medical workers were not related to gender, and there was no significant difference between them in terms of mental health, social health and overall health status. The statistical results showed that there was no significant difference in the physiological health of male and female workers, but the physiological health of male and female workers was better than that of female. The physical and social health of medical workers was not related to age. After ANOVA, there was no significant difference in statistics (P 0.05), but there was significant difference in mental health (P 0.000). Among them, there was significant difference in total health score (P < 0.015). The result of the satisfaction survey was: 1. The medical staff of the hospital were satisfied with the hospital at present. The average satisfaction of each dimension was higher than that of the others. The overall satisfaction of the medical staff and the satisfaction of each dimension were related to the degree of education. There were significant differences in statistics between medical staff in different departments in terms of "management system", "vocational training", "social recognition", "reward and welfare", and there were significant statistical differences in the satisfaction of the medical staff in different departments in terms of "management system", "vocational training", "social recognition" and "reward and welfare". Conclusion (1) in the general hospital where the medical staff are relatively concentrated, occupation, department, education level and professional title are not the main factors affecting the mental health of the medical staff. Age and job differences have significant effects on health and well-being of medical staff. 2. Medical staff have higher overall satisfaction with their work, lower satisfaction with personal related indicators, especially the lowest satisfaction with wage income. The professional title, the education level group overall satisfaction degree difference is not big.
