硫化氢供体生物学作用研究进展

【摘要】:硫化氢(H2S)在以往被认为是一种具有强烈臭鸡蛋气味的无色有毒气体。然而现在,它继一氧化氮和一氧化碳之后成为了第3种内源性信号气体递质,充当着神经调质和神经保护剂作用。最近几年,新的硫化氢供体,也可以称为衍生物,在硫化氢的基础上,发挥着重要的生物学作用。本文综述了这些新的硫化氢供体的生物学作用研究进展。
[Abstract]:Hydrogen sulfide (H 2 S) was previously considered as a colorless toxic gas with strong odor of eggs.Now, however, it has become the third endogenous signal gas transmitter after nitric oxide and carbon monoxide, acting as neuromodulator and neuroprotective agent.In recent years, new hydrogen sulfide donors, also known as derivatives, play an important biological role on the basis of hydrogen sulfide.In this paper, the research progress of the biological action of these new hydrogen sulfide donors is reviewed.
