生发小鼠模型建立常用脱毛方法的系统比较

【摘要】:目的:系统比较4种脱毛方法对小鼠毛发再生及毛发周期的影响。方法:分别用脱毛膏、硫化钠、松香/石蜡及丙酸睾丸酮建立小鼠脱毛模型,观察小鼠背部毛发脱毛状况及新生毛发生长情况,并通过HE染色切片来综合分析四种脱毛方法对毛囊形态、毛囊数量等影响。结果:脱毛膏法、硫化钠法、松香/石蜡和丙酸睾丸酮法脱毛时间依次为(90±10)s,(150±30)s,(119.36±26.42)s和4周。脱毛外观评定等级为优的比例依次为91.37%,25.00%,50.00%,83.33%。组织病理观察发现该4种方法炎性反应均较轻,毛发再生速度以硫化钠法最快,其次依次为脱毛膏、松香/石蜡、丙酸睾丸酮。结论:松香/石蜡适合于实验周期较长的实验、丙酸睾丸酮法适用于探究雄激素脱发的动物模型、脱毛膏法适用于微生物学及微生态学实验中快速去除被毛暴露皮肤显示血管便于采血及美容脱毛、硫化钠法适用于一次性脱毛。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the effects of four methods of hair removal on hair regeneration and hair cycle in mice. Methods: the model of hair removal in mice was established with depilation ointment, sodium sulphide, rosin / paraffin and testosterone propionate, respectively. The condition of hair loss and the growth of newborn hair were observed. The effects of four depilation methods on hair follicle morphology and hair follicle number were analyzed by HE staining. Results: the depilation time of rosin / paraffin and testosterone propionate was 119.36 卤26.42s and 4weeks, respectively, with the methods of hair removal ointment, sodium sulphide, rosin / paraffin and testosterone propionate, respectively. The proportion of the appraised grade of hair removal was 91.37 and 25.00, and the 50.00th part was 83.33. Histopathological observation showed that the inflammatory reaction of the four methods was mild, the rate of hair regeneration was the fastest by sodium sulfide method, followed by depilation ointment, rosin / paraffin wax and testosterone propionate. Conclusion: rosin / paraffin is suitable for long period experiment, and testosterone propionate method is suitable for exploring the animal model of androgen alopecia. The method of hair removal ointment can be used in microbiology and microecology experiments to quickly remove the hair and expose the skin to show that the blood vessels are easy to collect blood and to remove hair in beauty. Sodium sulfide method is suitable for one time hair removal.
