生肌玉红膏对深Ⅱ度烧伤模型大鼠创面氧化应激水平影响的实验研究

【摘要】:目的探讨生肌玉红膏对深Ⅱ度烧伤模型大鼠创面氧化应激水平的影响。方法 96只大鼠被随机分为3组(A组、B组、C组),每组32只,A、B组均制成深II度烧伤动物模型,A组伤后给予生肌玉红膏换药,B组给予凡士林换药,C组为正常对照组,比较3组大鼠烧伤后不同时间点(3 d、7 d、14 d、21 d)创面氧化应激水平的变化。结果与C组比较,A、B组大鼠烧伤后不同时间点创面氧化应激水平升高(P0.05);建模后3 d,A,B两组创面氧化应激水平差异无统计学意义(P0.05);在建模后7,14,21 d,A组烧伤后不同时间点创面氧化应激水平与B组差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论深Ⅱ度烧伤后创面氧化应激水平升高,不利于创面愈合,生肌玉红膏对烧伤模型大鼠创面氧化应激水平具有明显抑制作用,从而有助于促进创面愈合。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Shengjiyu Hong ointment on oxidative stress of deep second degree burn rats. Methods Ninety-six rats were randomly divided into three groups: group A (n = 32), group B (n = 32), and group A (n = 32). The changes of oxidative stress were compared at different time points after burn in three groups. Results compared with group C, the oxidative stress level of burn wound was increased at different time points after burn in group A, and there was no significant difference in oxidative stress level between group A and group C at 3 days after modeling, and there was no significant difference between group A and group A at different time points after 71421 days after modeling. The level of face oxidative stress was significantly different from that of group B (P 0.05). Conclusion the level of oxidative stress is increased after deep second degree burn, which is not conducive to wound healing. Shengjiyu Hong ointment can obviously inhibit the level of oxidative stress in burn model rats, which is helpful to promote wound healing.
