大鼠腹膜粘连的模型构建与评价

【摘要】：腹膜粘连是腹部外科手术术后的常见并发症,可导致肠梗阻、慢性盆腹腔疼痛、不孕等,并可增加再入院率、再次手术的风险及经济负担。建立合适的腹膜粘连动物模型对于研究腹膜粘连及其并发症的发病机制、治疗和预防等具有重要的作用。粘连模型动物中以大鼠最为常用,根据腹膜粘连形成的不同因素,其造模的方式也多种多样,但目前尚无任何一种造模方式及评价方法可代表所有情况。本文对目前大鼠腹膜粘连模型常用的造模方式、评价方法作一综述。
[Abstract]:Peritoneal adhesion is a common complication after abdominal surgery, which can lead to intestinal obstruction, chronic pelvic and abdominal pain, infertility and so on. It can also increase the readmission rate, the risk and economic burden of reoperation. The establishment of a suitable animal model of peritoneal adhesion plays an important role in studying the pathogenesis, treatment and prevention of peritoneal adhesion and its complications. Rats are the most commonly used adhesions model, according to the different factors of peritoneal adhesion formation, the way of modeling is also varied, but there is no one model and evaluation method can represent all the conditions. In this paper, the methods and evaluation methods of rat peritoneal adhesion model are reviewed.
