左归丸对雷公藤多苷所致少弱精子症大鼠模型精子质量及生殖器官损伤的预防作用

【摘要】:目的:观察左归丸对雷公藤多苷(GTW)诱导的少弱精子症大鼠模型的精子质量、生殖器官脏器系数、生殖激素水平及睾丸组织结构的影响,研究左归丸对少弱精子症的预防作用。方法:将36只雄性SD大鼠随机平均分为正常组、模型组及左归丸组,每组12只,干预时间共计8周。正常组给予去离子水8周;模型组前4周用去离子水进行干预,5-8周用40mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)的雷公藤多苷进行造模;左归丸组前4周用6g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)的左归丸混悬液进行预防性干预,5-8周用40mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)的雷公藤多苷进行干预。8周后处死,并检测大鼠精子质量;测量睾丸及附属性腺的重量,分别计算脏器指数;测定血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T);并对睾丸进行组织学观察。结果:与模型组比较,左归丸组在大鼠生殖器官脏器系数、精子质量(除C级精子百分率)、生殖激素水平方面的差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05,P0.01);左归丸组大鼠的睾丸组织病理损伤程度均较模型组明显减轻。结论:左归丸能够有效减轻雷公藤多苷对大鼠精子质量及生殖器官的损伤程度,具有一定的预防作用。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the effects of Zuogui pill on the quality of sperm, organ coefficient of reproductive organs, reproductive hormone level and testicular tissue structure of oligozoospermia rats induced by Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside GTW, and to study the preventive effect of Zuogui pill on oligozoospermia. Methods: Thirty-six male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and Zuo Gui Wan group with 12 rats in each group. The intervention time was 8 weeks. The normal group was treated with deionized water for 8 weeks, the model group was treated with deionized water for 5 to 8 weeks and the model group was treated with 40mg KGG / 1 / DX / 1 / d ~ (-1) for 5 to 8 weeks respectively, and the model was established with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside (40mg). The rats in the Zuogui pill group were killed at the first 4 weeks with the suspension of Zuo Gui Pill (6 g / kg Pill) and the weight of the testis and the adnexal glands, and the viscera index was calculated respectively after intervention with the 40mg KGG (-1) DX polyglucoside for 5 to 8 weeks, and the sperm quality of the rats was measured; the weight of the testis and the adnexal glands were measured and the viscera index was calculated respectively. Serum luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), testosterone (T), and histological observation of testis were observed. Results: compared with the model group, the organ coefficient of the left Gui Wan group was higher than that of the model group. The difference of sperm quality (except the percentage of C grade spermatozoa and the level of reproductive hormone) was statistically significant, and the degree of pathological injury of testis in the group of Zuogui pills was significantly less than that in the model group. Conclusion: Zuogui Pill can effectively reduce the damage of tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides on sperm quality and reproductive organs in rats, and has a certain preventive effect.
