肝肠循环的中西医研究进展

【摘要】：肝肠循环在机体生理病理过程中起着重要作用。在生理上,胆红素的代谢、胆汁酸的排泄、药物及对身体有害物质的代谢皆通过肝肠循环代谢;在病理上,高脂血症、黄疸等疾病的发生与肝肠循环有重要关系。近年来,祖国医学对肝肠循环也有较多的研究,"肠-肝轴"学说很好地解释了肝肠循环的发生机制。肝肠循环理论与肝脏疾病的发生、发展及预后关系密切。
[Abstract]:The circulation of liver and intestine plays an important role in the physiological and pathological process of the body. Physiologically, the metabolism of bilirubin, the excretion of bile acid, the metabolism of drugs and harmful substances to the body are all metabolized through the circulation of liver and intestine, and pathologically, the occurrence of diseases such as hyperlipidemia and jaundice has an important relationship with the circulation of liver and intestine. In recent years, there have been many studies on the circulation of liver and intestine in Chinese medicine, and the theory of "entero-hepatic axis" has explained the mechanism of the circulation of liver and intestine very well. The theory of hepatointestinal circulation is closely related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of liver diseases.
