悲伤体验问卷（GEQ）中文版的修订及信度效度检验

【摘要】：背景：自杀是我国第五位死因，每年我国死于自杀的人数高达28.7万，其中80%以上的自杀发生在农村。研究表明每个自杀死亡者会使至少6位亲友遭受沉痛的打击，这些因自杀而失去亲友的丧亲者被称为自杀遗族（survivors of suicide/survivors suicide）。自杀丧亲以及其它丧亲形式的悲伤十分严重，悲伤的评估尤其是自杀丧亲的悲伤的处理和评估是有效干预的基础和前提。目的：引进并修订悲伤体验问卷(Grief Experience Questionnair, GEQ)中文版，分析检验其在我国农村地区使用的信度与效度，采用GEQ问卷对农村丧亲被试进行悲伤的探索性因素分析研究，为我国农村丧亲居民的悲伤水平与自杀关系的研究提供有效的测量和评估工具。方法：本研究在辽宁省庄河市所有乡镇中整群随机抽取8个乡镇农村地区的自杀丧亲者,车祸丧亲者,疾病丧亲者作为被试取样现场，选取在2006年6月1日至2011年5月30日期间目标乡镇所有自杀死亡的目标人，车祸死亡的目标人,疾病死亡的目标人,对每个目标人根据实际情况选取自愿参加本研究的四级亲属中的父母、配偶、子女和兄弟姐妹中的1-3名被访人，采取现场一对一半结构式心理访谈和心理评估、问卷调查等工作。结果：（1）试验项目分析删除了CR值小于3，，相关系数小于0.3的47题。（2）经探索性因素分析，删除5，6，7，19，32，34，52题，把其余题目归为9个因素，分别为躯体反应（Somatic Reactions），寻求解释（Search for Explanation），缺少社会支持（Loss of Social Support），耻辱感（Stigmatization），内疚感（Guilt），死亡责任感（Responsibility），羞耻感（Shame），被遗弃感（Rejection），自毁行为（Self-Destructive Behavior）。（3）信度分析显示修订后的GEQ具有良好的内部一致性和稳定性。其中，总量表和躯体反应，寻求解释，缺少社会支持，耻辱感，内疚感，死亡责任感，羞耻感，被遗弃感，自毁行为分量表的Cronbach’s α系数分别是0.933，0.806，0.819，0.742，0.750，0.868，0.646，0.871，0.839，0.760。分半信度分别是0.842，0.660，0.774，0.690，0.600，0.837，0.667，0.877，0.752，0.739。（4）问卷各因素之间及其与部分总分、问卷总分的相关矩阵表明，问卷有良好的内容效度。(5) GEQ中文版与HAMD得分的Pearson相关系数为0.512（P0.01），校标关联效度较好。结论: GEQ中文版的信度和效度基本符合心理测量学的要求，是评估丧亲者悲伤水平有效且可靠的测量工具，可专门应用于自杀丧亲的研究,同时适用于其它丧亲者的研究领域中。
[Abstract]:Background: suicide is the fifth cause of death in China. The number of suicides in China is as high as 287000 every year, more than 80% of which occur in rural areas. Studies have shown that at least six relatives and friends, who have lost loved ones as a result of suicide, are called survivors of suicide/survivors suicides. The grief of suicide bereavement and other forms of bereavement is very serious. The evaluation of sadness especially the treatment and evaluation of suicide bereavement is the foundation and premise of effective intervention. Objective: to introduce and revise the grief experience questionnaire (Grief Experience Questionnair, GEQ), to analyze and test the reliability and validity of Grief Experience Questionnair, GEQ) used in rural areas of China, and to use GEQ questionnaire to analyze the factors of sadness in rural bereavement subjects. It provides an effective measurement and evaluation tool for the study of the relationship between grief and suicide among the rural bereavement residents in China. Methods: the subjects were randomly selected from 8 villages and towns in Zhuanghe, Liaoning Province, including suicide bereaved persons, car accident bereaved persons and sick bereaved relatives. From June 1, 2006 to May 30, 2011, all the target people in the target towns were killed by suicide, those who died in traffic accidents, and those who died of diseases, According to the actual situation, 1-3 parents, spouses, children and siblings of the four-level relatives who volunteered to participate in this study were selected according to the actual situation. Questionnaire survey, etc. Results: in the analysis of the trial items, 47 questions (CR < 3 and correlation coefficient < 0.3) were deleted. By exploratory factor analysis, 5 / 6 / 7 / 19 / 32 / 34 / 52 were deleted, and the remaining items were classified as nine factors. Somatic response, seeking explanation, lack of social support for loss of Social support, stigma, guilt, sense of responsibility for death, shame, abandonment, self-destructive behavior, Self-Destructive Behavior.confidence analysis shows that the revised GEQ is good. Internal consistency and stability. The Cronbach's 伪 coefficients of total amount table and somatic response, lack of social support, shame, guilt, responsibility of death, shame, abandonment, self-destruction behavior were 0.933 / 0.806 / 0.8190.7420.750.680.646/ 0.8710.8790.760, respectively. The split-half reliability was 0.842 / 0.660 / 0.774/ 0.6000.600 / 0.3770.6670.8770.7520.7520.739.4) the correlation matrix of the total score of the questionnaire indicated that the questionnaire had a good content validity. 5) the Pearson correlation coefficient between the Chinese version of GEQ and the score of HAMD was 0.512 / P0.01and the correlation validity of the school standard was better. Conclusion: the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of GEQ basically meet the requirements of psychometrics. It is an effective and reliable tool to evaluate the grief level of bereaved persons and can be specially used in the study of suicide bereavement. It can also be used in other research fields of bereavement.
