【摘要】:目的:借鉴基因芯片技术,探讨薏苡仁拆分组分健脾渗湿作用时对能量代谢的影响。方法:根据本项目组建立的方法对薏苡仁组分拆分和动物模型建立,以中焦空肠的基因变化为研究指标,探讨各组分对空肠oxidoreductase activity的影响。结果:模型动物存在明显的能量代谢障碍,薏苡仁各组分均可以改善这种障碍,但其作用靶点可能并不一致。结论:建议在使用薏苡仁治疗脾虚疾病时,以麸炒方式炮制,以提高疗效。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the effect of the separation component of Coix seed on energy metabolism during invigorating spleen and infiltrating moisture by using gene chip technology. Methods: according to the method established in this project, the components of Coix seed and the animal model were established. The effect of each component on jejunum oxidoreductase activity was studied with the gene change of middle coke jejunum as the research index. Results: there were obvious energy metabolism disorders in model animals, which could be improved by Coix seed, but the targets might not be the same. Conclusion: it is suggested to use Coix seed in treating spleen deficiency disease by processing with bran to improve the curative effect.
