雄激素对青藏高原地区中年妇女体脂含量和分布的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨青藏高原地区雄激素对中年妇女体脂的影响。方法选取2014年6月-2015年5月在青海红十字医院进行体检的116名健康妇女作为研究对象,根据月经状态将所有患者分为生育期(n=31)、绝经过渡期(n=26)和绝经后期(n=59)。比较3组的年龄、体重指数(BMI)、体脂指标以及血脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)、性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)、总睾酮(TT)及游离雄激素指数(FAI)等水平。采用Pearson相关系数分析体脂指标和雄激素的关系。结果生育期妇女的年龄、躯干脂肪占全身脂肪含量的百分比、A/G均低于其他两组(P0.05),男性区域的脂肪比例低于绝经后期妇女。绝经过渡期妇女的年龄、躯干脂肪占全身脂肪含量的百分比低于绝经后期妇女,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。绝经后期的TT、FAI均低于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。Pearson分析结果表明,TT与BMI、全身脂肪组织的总含量及比例呈正相关(P0.05),FAI与BMI、全身脂肪组织的总含量及比例、男性区域的脂肪比例、A/G呈正相关(P0.05)。结论青藏高原地区中年妇女的雄激素水平越高,体脂含量也更多,更趋向于中心性分布,但雄激素可能不是主要影响因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of androgen on body fat in middle-aged women in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Methods 116 healthy women who underwent physical examination in Qinghai Red Cross Hospital from June 2014 to May 2015 were selected as study subjects. According to menstrual status, all the patients were divided into three groups, I. e. Age, body mass index (BMI), body fat index (BMI), serum dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEAA), sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG), total testosterone (TTT) and free androgen index (FAI) were compared among the three groups. Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the relationship between body fat index and androgen. Results the age and the percentage of trunk fat in whole body fat of women in reproductive period were lower than those of the other two groups (P 0.05), and the percentage of fat in male region was lower than that in postmenopausal women. The percentage of trunk fat in body fat in menopausal transitional women was lower than that in postmenopausal women (P 0.05). In postmenopausal women, the levels of TTU FAI were significantly lower than those of the other two groups. The results of Pearson analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between TT and BMI. the total content and proportion of body adipose tissue were positively correlated with FAI and BMI, and the total content and proportion of adipose tissue. The ratio of fat to fat in the male area was positively correlated with that of P / P 0.05. Conclusion the higher the androgen level and the more body fat content, the more central distribution of androgen, but androgen may not be the main influencing factor in Qinghai-Xizang Plateau.
