【摘要】：髓系细胞触发受体(Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells,TREMs)是一类隶属于免疫球蛋白超家族的细胞表面受体,在介导各种细胞反应中都扮演着重要的角色。近几年,关于TREM-1在参与各种疾病相关炎症中的作用,尤其是可溶性TREM-1的研究有了很多进展,本文就TREM-1的相关文献作一综述。
[Abstract]:Myeloid cell trigger receptor (triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells) is a class of cell surface receptors belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily, which plays an important role in mediating various cellular reactions. In recent years, much progress has been made on the role of TREM-1 in the pathogenesis of various disease-related inflammation, especially in soluble TREM-1. This paper reviews the literature on TREM-1.
