HIF-1α及HIF-2α在不同海拔健康世居藏族及移居汉族的水平及意义的研究

【摘要】：目的：探讨低氧诱导因子-1α（HIF-1α)、低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-2α)在不同海拔世居藏族、移居汉族水平的差异及意义。方法：应用双抗体夹心法（ELISA）方法测定平原汉族（江苏盐城，海拔5m）、中度海拔（青海西宁，2260m）及高海拔（青海玛多，4380m）健康世居藏族及移居汉族血清HIF-1α、HIF-2α的水平,分析其与动脉血氧分压（PaO2)、血红蛋白（Hb)的相关性。结果：HIF-1α水平在中度海拔无明显升高，在高海拔藏汉族升高（P0.01)，相同海拔藏汉族之间无显著差异（P0.05)。高海拔汉族组HIF-2α水平高于其他各组（P0.01)，中度海拔和高海拔藏族的HIF-2α无显著差异（P0.05)，，均低于平原汉族和同海拔汉族(P0.01)。汉族组HIF-1α、HIF-2α水平与PaO2呈负相关，HIF-1α、HIF-2α水平与Hb呈正相关，藏族组HIF-1α、HIF-2α与PaO2无线性相关,HIF-1α与Hb无线性相关,HIF-2α与Hb正相关（r=0.325,P0.05）；汉族组HIF-1α、HIF-2α水平呈正相关（r=0.505，P0.01），藏族组HIF-1α、HIF-2α水平无相关（r=-0.011，P0.05）。结论：1.HIF-1α在低氧到一定程度时水平增加，藏、汉族在同一低氧水平时HIF-1α的水平是相同的。 2.HIF-2α与Hb变化关系密切,可能起着较HIF-1α更为重要的作用。 3.藏汉族在不同低氧环境下，HIF-1α、HIF-2α变化是不同的，且在藏汉族Hb变化中所起的作用也是不同的。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the difference and significance of hypoxia inducible factor 1 伪 (HIF-1 伪) and hypoxia inducible factor 1 伪 (HIF-2 伪) in migrating to Han nationality at different elevations. Methods: double antibody sandwich method was used to determine the level of HIF-1 伪 and HIF-2 伪 in plain Han nationality (Yancheng, Jiangsu Province). The serum levels of HIF-1 伪 and HIF-2 伪 in healthy Tibetan and immigrant Han nationality were measured at 5, 2 260 m (Xining, Qinghai) and 4380 m, respectively, at the altitude of 5 mL, 2260 m (Xining, Qinghai) and 4380 m, respectively. Results there was no significant increase in the level of HIF-1 伪 in moderate altitude, but there was no significant increase in P0.01a in Han nationality at high altitude, and there was no significant difference between Tibetan and Han nationality at the same altitude. The level of HIF-2 伪 in Han nationality at high altitude was higher than that in other groups, but there was no significant difference in HIF-2 伪 between middle altitude and high altitude Tibetan, which was lower than that in plain Han nationality and Han nationality at the same altitude. The level of HIF-1 伪 and HIF-2 伪 was negatively correlated with PaO2 in Han nationality group. The level of HIF-1 伪 and HIF-2 伪 was positively correlated with HB.
