HMGB-1与炎症研究进展

【摘要】:HMGB-1是一种高度保守的DNA结合蛋白,与基因修复及转录调控密切相关。但HMGB-1生成细胞主动分泌和被动释放到细胞外的HMGB-1却是一种重要的晚期炎症递质,具有较强的致炎活性。研究显示:HMGB-1在炎症,特别是重症炎症及炎症的慢性化病理进程中起着重要作用;抑制HMGB-1的活性及分泌或下调其基因表达被用来研究降低炎症反应的瀑布效应;监测HMGB-1可为重症炎症的临床诊断、治疗和预后判断的新靶标。本文扼要综述了近年炎症递质HMGB-1与炎症的研究进展。
[Abstract]:HMGB-1 is a highly conserved DNA-binding protein, which is closely related to gene repair and transcriptional regulation. However, HMGB-1 is an important late inflammatory transmitter which is active secreted by HMGB-1 producing cells and released passively into the cells. HMGB-1 has strong inflammatory activity. It has been shown that cell HMGB-1 plays an important role in inflammation, especially in severe inflammation and the chronic pathological process of inflammation, inhibition of HMGB-1 activity and secretion or down-regulation of HMGB-1 gene expression have been used to study the waterfall effect of reducing inflammatory response. Monitoring HMGB-1 may be a new target for the clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of severe inflammation. This paper reviews the recent progress in the study of inflammation transmitter HMGB-1 and inflammation.
