乌贼墨汁黑色素对链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病模型小鼠糖脂代谢的调节作用

【摘要】:为了研究乌贼墨汁黑色素(Sepia ink melanin,SIM)对糖尿病模型小鼠糖脂代谢的调节作用,采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导糖尿病小鼠模型,随机分为4组即正常组,模型组和乌贼墨汁黑色素组(120,480 mg/kg),每组10只,其中正常组和模型组灌胃等量的生理盐水。实验期间测定小鼠空腹血糖值,进食、进水量,体重变化量,葡萄糖耐受性;连续给药4周后,分别检测小鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、空腹血清胰岛素(INS)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),血脂相关指标。结果表明,与模型组相比,乌贼墨汁黑色素组可明显改善糖尿病模型小鼠的糖代谢水平,促进胰岛素的分泌,血脂相关指标显著下降,且作用强度与黑色素浓度呈正相关。综合分析可见,乌贼墨黑色素可以通过控制糖尿病模型小鼠血糖浓度和胰岛素抵抗途径,抑制血脂代谢异常,起到改善糖尿病相关指标的作用。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of Sepia ink melanin on glucose and lipid metabolism in diabetic mice, streptozotocin (STZ) was injected intraperitoneally to induce diabetic mice. Model group and squid ink melanin group (120480 mg/kg), 10 rats in each group, normal group and model group were given the same amount of normal saline. During the experiment, fasting blood glucose, food intake, water intake, body weight change, glucose tolerance were measured. Fasting blood glucose (FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), glycosylated serum protein (GSP), fasting serum insulin (ins) and insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) were measured respectively. The results showed that compared with the model group, the squid ink melanin group could obviously improve the level of glucose metabolism, promote the secretion of insulin and decrease the serum lipids in diabetic mice, and the intensity of action was positively correlated with the concentration of melanin. The comprehensive analysis shows that the squid melanin can inhibit the abnormal metabolism of blood lipids by controlling the blood glucose concentration and insulin resistance in diabetic model mice and can improve the related indexes of diabetes mellitus.
