基于fMRI的维吾尔语和汉语语义辨别任务差异性研究

【摘要】:目的探讨母语为维语和汉语正常人在执行语义辨别任务时的激活差异脑区,并初步探讨维语脑加工处理机制,对了解维吾尔族脑损伤后患者语言障碍及其康复机制有极其重要的意义。方法本研究采用血氧水平依赖性功能磁共振成像技术,以语义辨别作为目标任务,对15例维语正常志愿者和15例汉语正常志愿者,采集其执行语义辨别任务时的f MRI数据,并进行两组比较。结果与汉语组相比,维语组左侧扣带回(BA23)和中线处楔前叶等局部脑区可见明显的正激活,二者具有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论维、汉语语义加工激活脑区不完全相同,扣带回和楔前叶在维语语义加工中可能具有一定的语言功能,其中左侧扣带回可能更多的参与语音加工。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the activation of differential brain regions in Uygur and Chinese native speakers, and to explore the processing mechanism of Uighur brain processing. It is of great significance to understand the speech disorder and its rehabilitation mechanism of Uygur patients after brain injury. Methods in this study, 15 normal Uygur volunteers and 15 normal Chinese volunteers were studied by using oxygen level dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). The fMRI data of 15 Uygur normal volunteers and 15 normal Chinese volunteers were collected. The two groups were compared. Results compared with the Chinese group, the left cingulate gyrus (BA23) and the anterior cuneate lobe at the midline in Uygur group were significantly positively activated (P0.05). Conclusion the activation areas of Chinese semantic processing are not exactly the same. Cingulate gyrus and prewedge may have some language functions in Uygur semantic processing, and the left cingulate gyrus may be more involved in phonological processing.
