可重复使用的骨生长检测盒的动物体内实验

【摘要】:目的:反复将预装人工骨材料的骨生长检测盒植入贵州小型猪体内,观察检测盒内的骨生长情况,研究可重复使用的骨生长检测盒观测人工骨材料成骨能力的可行性。 方法:实验组骨生长检测盒内芯双腔均预装人工骨材料的(n=8),对照组骨盒内芯一侧内腔均预装人工骨材料,其中另一侧内腔未填充人工骨材料的骨盒(n=4)为对照组1;其中另一侧内腔预装明胶海棉的单腔骨盒为(n=4)为对照组2,植入贵州小型猪的股骨及胫骨干骺端,术后隔2月取出内芯(共2次),换入新内芯,对内芯填充物行肉眼观察、组织学观察,比较填充物的成骨情况。 结果:术后2月,肉眼观察实验组内芯内腔见灰白色组织,对照组未预装人工骨材料的内芯内腔见褐色组织:组织学观察实验组内芯标本有大量骨组织生成,对照组未预装人工骨材料的内芯标本仅有纤维组织生成。 结论:可重复使用的骨生长检测盒可用于观察人工骨材料的成骨能力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the feasibility of bone growth test box which can be used to detect the osteogenic ability of artificial bone material in Guizhou miniature pig after implantation of bone growth test box with preloaded artificial bone material repeatedly to observe the bone growth situation in the test box and to study the feasibility of using reusable bone growth test box to observe the osteogenic ability of artificial bone material. Methods: in the experimental group, the inner core of the bone growth test box was preloaded with artificial bone material (N8), while in the control group, the artificial bone material was preloaded in one side of the inner core of the bone box, and the other side of the bone box (nd4) without artificial bone material was 1 in the control group. The single cavity bone box of preloaded gelatin sponge on the other side was the control group 2, implanted into the femur and tibial metaphysis of Guizhou miniature pig. The inner core (2 times) was taken out at 2 months after operation, and the new core was replaced with the new core, and the inner core filler was observed with the naked eye. Histological observation was performed to compare the osteogenesis of fillers. Results: two months after operation, grayish white tissue was observed in the inner core of the experimental group and brown tissue was observed in the inner core of the control group without artificial bone material. In the control group, only fibrous tissue was formed in the inner core specimens without artificial bone materials. Conclusion: the reusable bone growth test box can be used to observe the osteogenic ability of artificial bone.
