新型抗炎介质Maresins的生物效应

【摘要】：炎症的启动、发展、消退是受到促炎性介质及内源性促消退介质调控的一系列主动过程。继发现由花生四烯酸衍生的脂氧素及从炎症消退阶段的炎性渗出物中分离出由ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸转化而来的消退素与保护素后,在自我消退炎性渗出物和脂质调控介质中最近发现了一个新的有效的抗炎家族称为maresins。maresins由内源性二十二碳六烯酸通过活化的巨噬细胞转化而成,在参与组织内环境平衡、炎症消退、切口愈合和减轻疼痛、机体防御等方面发挥有益的作用。
[Abstract]:The initiation, development and regression of inflammation are a series of active processes regulated by proinflammatory mediators and endogenous mediators. After the discovery of lipoxygenin derived from arachidonic acid and the exudates from inflammatory exudates during the subsiding phase of inflammation, which were transformed by 蠅 -3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, A new effective anti-inflammatory family called maresins.maresins has recently been found in self-subsiding inflammatory exudates and lipid regulatory mediums, which is transformed by endogenous 22 carbohexaenoic acid through activated macrophages, and is involved in environmental balance in tissues. Inflammation subsided, wound healing and pain relief, body defense and other aspects play a useful role.
