青藤外敷散模型家兔膝关节经穴、非经穴部位皮肤渗透性比较

【摘要】:目的比较青藤外敷散原料药盐酸青藤碱在家兔膝关节经穴与非经穴部位的皮肤渗透性。方法取家兔膝关节足三里、梁丘、非经穴(膝部)部位皮肤,应用Franz透皮扩散仪模拟体内环境,进行盐酸青藤碱体外释放试验。UPLC法测定该成分含有量,计算其累计透过量,绘制时间-释放百分比曲线图。结果经穴部位足三里、梁丘皮肤的累计渗透量和释放率均显著高于非经穴部位(P0.01),足三里与梁丘之间无显著性差异(P0.05)。结论青藤外敷散在穴位贴敷给药的过程中,经穴部分比非经穴部分有更好的药物渗透性。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the skin permeability of Sinomenine Hydrochloride (Sinomenine Hydrochloride) in rabbit knee joint meridian and non-meridian points. Methods the skin of Zusanli, Liangqiu and non-meridian (knee) of the knee joint of rabbits were taken. The in vivo environment was simulated by Franz transdermal diffuser, and the content of sinomenine hydrochloride in vitro release test. Draw time-release percentage curves. Results the cumulative osmotic capacity and release rate of Liangqiu skin were significantly higher than those of non-meridian points (P0.01), but there was no significant difference between Zusanli and Liangqiu (P0.05). Conclusion in the course of acupoint application, the drug permeability of the acupoint is better than that of the non-meridian.
